Manuela Uhl is one of the most sought-after interpreters of the works of Richard Strauss and Richard Wagner, as well as operas of the late Romantic era and classical modernism, such as Korngold, Schreker, Dukas, Hindemith and Zemlinsky.
She has sung roles such as Kaiserin, Salome, Marschallin, Chrysothemis, Danae, Daphne, Senta, Elisabeth, Venus, Elsa, and Sieglinde at major opera houses around the world and has worked with many renowned conductors and orchestras.
Recent and upcoming highlights include her acclaimed debut as Färberin in Richard Strauss' Die Frau ohne Schatten and her debut as Brünnhilde in the complete Ring cycle.
