Luiza Fatyol
Soprano

The Romanian-born soprano Luiza Fatyol grew up in a family of musicians and studied at the “Gheorghe Dima” Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca. During her studies she won several national and international vocal competitions and remarked herself for her sensibility and musicality.
Since 2011 she is a member of the Opera Ensemble at the “Deutsche Oper am Rhein” Düsseldorf (Germany) having the chance to develop and grow into big lyrical roles such as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, Vitellia in La Clemenza di Tito, Violetta Valery in La Traviata, Nedda in Pagliacci, Liu in Turandot or Tatiana in Eugene Onegin.
Luiza was invited as gast in various opera houses and worked with great conductors such as Lawrence Foster, Axel Kober, Antonino Fogliani, Jonathan Darlington, David Crescenzi, Luciano Acocella and Cristian Mandeal.
