The APO dedicated its performance of The New Zealand Herald Premier Series concert German Masters to APO Board member Neil Haines, who recently passed away.
Neil was a passionate supporter of the APO and was instrumental in guiding the APO strategic plan and growth of the orchestra. Neil’s contribution to the APO through his ceaseless advocacy, guidance and forward-thinking vision cannot be understated. He has had a significant impact on Orchestra’s Board, staff and musicians, and is remembered with great respect and affection.
