Piano Masterclass with Inon Barnatan

Inon Barnatan was hailed by the New York Times as “One of the most admired pianists of his generation.” He is a regular soloist with many of the world’s foremost orchestras and conductors, and served as the inaugural Artist-in-Association of the New York Philharmonic.

Barnatan has performed with the symphony orchestras of Montreal, Philadelphia, San Diego, Minnesota, Dresden, Barcelona, Birmingham, Los Angeles and Cincinnati, and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and London Philharmonic.

We are so fortunate to have him join us for a masterclass opportunity in Auckland after his performance with Auckland Philharmonia at the Romantic Brahms concert.

At this free masterclass, three of the most promising young pianists from the University of Auckland School of Music will perform for Barnatan and receive feedback on their playing in return.
