Auckland Philharmonia invites you to come along to the Haydn Staples Piano Programme Chamber Recital! This prestigious scholarship is awarded to the best young pianists in Aotearoa. Made possible by the generous support of Haydn Staples and the Staples Education Foundation, the programme supports three scholars per year for the duration of their studies, providing them with immensely valuable opportunities to assist them in developing a wide-ranging portfolio of skills.
The annual Chamber Recital is an opportunity for the Scholars to perform in ensembles with professional Auckland Philharmonia musicians and showcase what they have been working on and how their playing has improved throughout the year.
Join us to watch the three scholars perform in piano quartets and showcase their excellence. Light refreshments will be provided.
