Start your day at the historic Auckland Town Hall as the orchestra prepares for the opening Classic Series concert: Ehnes & Bellincampi. This peek at the process of orchestral rehearsal will give you an insight into the artistic collaboration and leadership that creates an orchestral concert.

Following the rehearsal, a delicious morning tea awaits you at the nearby Q Theatre.

The final stop is the Föenander Galleries in Parnell, showcasing Matthew Carter's exhibition 'Unscripted'. Föenander Galleries is a contemporary art gallery in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland that connects individuals and communities to the liberating power of art.

The gallery is recognised as one of Aotearoa, New Zealand's leading young galleries, known for its stable of exceptional contemporary practitioners, as well innovative curatorial projects, expert consultancy and public outreach. 

All funds raised from this event go towards supporting the Auckland Philharmonia.
